As the founder of MT Energy Resources and MT Energy Technical Academy, and leader of the Mireille Toulekima Global Leadership Organisation, she is a prominent figure in Sustainable leadership in community development. Dr. Toulekima also serves in influential positions with Woxsen University, the G100 Global Chair of Energy and Engineering, and advisory boards such as the Central Africa Business Energy Forum. A prolific author, her books cover oil and gas strategies, personal development, and STEM empowerment, particularly for young girls. Her impact extends to initiatives like STEM Queens and the Mission ShakthiSAT space project, inspiring the next generation in energy, engineering, and STEM fields to achieve Sustainable Community Development.
