Parang kailan lang noong nakikipagsapalaran ka pa sa haba ng pila kasabay ng init ng panahon kung saan wala ka pang kakilala at mistulang nawawala pa sa lawak ng di-pamilyar na paligid. But now, who would have thought that the innocent young fellow who was then worried about getting into the available slot, is now an incoming 4th year gal. Time flies so fast isn’t it? It feels like the last three years that flown by were just yesterday, and look at you now, you're about to step into your senior year in college. It only goes to show that despite the numerous hardships and tribulations that have tested you as a student, you have triumphed them all and gained the upper hand.

During the immensely challenging three years, where you wept, felt weary, lost interest, and had disagreements with fellow students, you remained to be strong, persistent, patient, positive, and goal driven. So in the remaining one year, what other reason will you have if you don’t continue? You even managed the 15 years of school back then, what more for just one year?

So, rather than giving in to the adversity that comes your way, use it as a mechanism to help you push through. If you become exhausted, take a short break but never think of stopping because, at the end of this line, all the tears will be worth the cry. So, for you who will soon step in as a senior stud, just hang in there; we can do this. Ika nga sa lumang kasabihan, "Konting tiis para sa pangarap". Remember, you've made it this far because you were able to and will still be. So, a heartfelt congratulations to you dear warrior, only few more steps to go and we’ll reap what we have sow. The diploma we’ve been longing for, will be ours soon! Pagkugi lang, Salig, ug Padayun! ✨
