Job brief
We are looking for competent Account Executives (AEs) to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in lead generation, appointment setting, and sales. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.

In my role, I have to collaborate with people in my team a lot and I can claim to have some sort of titular authority (at least I like telling myself that.)

I hope I am being a good leader for my team or at the very least a serviceable one. It seems to me that one of the things that make working with this incredible group worth it, is the fact that I can listen to them all day long. Believe me, I like to talk. But with them, I love playing the role of a listener as well.

I often find myself mesmerized by their knowledge, wit, sarcasm, ideas, expertise, insight and just their overall energy. There is not much to do but just feed off it. It makes making decisions that would benefit everyone just come so much easier.

When I have ideas, they generate the electricity that makes the light bulb come alive. It’s that kind of energy.

We are growing faster than we anticipated. We are partnering with like-minded people who just can’t get the word teamwork out of their dictionary. I am confident we are ready.
