We believe that students should have the opportunity to be exposed and the opportunity to be able to be involved in the Culture and Arts. We also believe that Culture is the home of our Filipino soul. Francis, are determined to form a mechanism where we can enjoy the pursuit of Culture and Arts. We also believe that of all the 7 Discipline of Arts, Cinema is the best art form for us to pursue because of its power in communicating a message and its reach through electronic medium. Therefore, we are determined to form an organization dedicated to the pursuit of cinematic excellence.
