𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗞 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 & 𝗦𝗞 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿
We are thrilled to announce that our Sangguniang Kabataan appointed 𝙎𝙆 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙮 Mr. Alnur Tangkapa and 𝙎𝙆 𝙏𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙧 Mr. Herlin Nabua, have successfully completed the SK Mandatory Training (SKMT) program held at Livelihood Building, Muncipality of Sibuco.Their commitment to learning and growing enhances their roles in serving our community.
SK Treasurer and Secretary hold an important role in ensuring the success and representing the aspirations and concerns of the youth. However, Section 27 of R.A. No. 10742, also known as the SK Reform Act of 2015 as amended by R.A No. 11768, stipulates that newly elected or appointed SK officials and members must participate in the SK Mandatory Training Program before assuming office, making completion of this requirement mandatory.
The said training aimed at empowering our SK secretary and SK treasurer with knowledge and skills vital for effective governance. Mr. Efraem Alia Roldan of LYDO, together with these amazing speakers who shared so much learnings. I'd like to begin with Ms. Melinda Velasco of MLGOO, Mr. Raymond Domingo of NYC-Regional Head, Mr. Anwar Edding SB Secretary, Mr. Johnmar A. Jaipuddin MUN ACC, and Ms. Lilamay Surbito of HRMO. Thank you all so much.
Those people mentioned above lead and underscore SK officials in nation-building. They stand wholeheartedly behind youth development initiatives, and financial management guaranteeing unwavering support for capacity enhancement.
What a meaningful day, indeed.
