“𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀.”

In the chains of oppression, the only key unfastening its might are the words of the truth. Many prefer to stay silent, due to the crippling fear that after speaking of their side, awaits for them the threat of resignation papers. It is the fear, driven by unjust authority, and unhealthy work environments, that keeps them from changing the impaired direction of society’s labor. We aim to create atmospheres, that encourage those victimized by poor working conditions, to use their voices, and speak up against their monsters. To be the light, in guiding them out the tunnel of maltreatment towards workers. And to fulfill and restore the morals and rights, of those whom have lost it. As instruments of the truth, we seek to preserve justice, and to restore it once more, to those whom have been robbed of it. Conducting interviews, we sought to find answers, to the conundrum of poor quality of labor. Not only has this served as a gateway, for workers to gain the power of their voices, but to then as well enable their truth, to speak radically in many different aspects. In the search for the truth, Justice prevails, and rights and fundamental freedoms are restored.

Flipped and distorted as this generation has become, the idea towards labor does not intertwine with neither the words of Martin Luther King Jr, and the prospects for work we see ourselves in for the future. If a crime is such, that people live in a rich nation alongside starvation wages, then how so is it a crime to speak up, and use the mouths given to us as vessels to defend our voices? Indeed, if such is a felony, then our advocacy will have put us behind bars. And still, we stand strong in the face of those who lose arms and legs, for the price of bread and butter.

One who works for the betterment of another, even in the lowest economical standings, possesses what we all must have in common. Dignity. It is a state of oneself, in which workers becomes robbed of by the thief of earthly greed. The glories of those whom possess wealthy companies, are built from the blood shed of those laborers who suffer from abusive environments. Service must come in the forms of public welfare, wherein moral-ethical practices and standard are beyond practiced. It must be done, ensuring the security of those putting their life’s work, into the cost of their own sweat. To doing what is necessary in the name of the law, in the name of morals, and in the root name of good, we establish Social Justice, and overall restore the dignities of whom have lost it. Work does not begin without wise action, practices of which prioritize the rights and interests of laborers. It begins with the moral code, and responsibilities of those in authority, to incorporate the good, in every single working aspect. To abide by the rights, and to practice the fundamental freedoms of each one. Planting the seed of morals in good, in bearing fruit of the future good.
