Magandang araw po mahal naming customers
Marahan lang po na pag me na encounter na defect / problem sa item na nabili sa shop ay ichat po sa Dgs pages (any branch) hindi pang aaway / masasaket na salita, po sana wag po ganyan mga boss/madam..🙏🏽✨

Lahat po ng bagay may proseso, at hinihingan po namin ng konting pang unawa at pasensya , para sa mga nakakaranas ng return or defect items,

Mahigpit po na pinagbabawal sa shop na mag soli/return ng product na:

🚭Umabot napo ng ilang araw, mula sa araw ng pagka bili. (Need po namin mamonitor / macheck if sa shop or saan branch po nabili ang product) sa dami po ng naglipana na mga vapeshop mahirap po na magpalit ng produkto ng basta basta po☺️☺️☺️
🚭Me gasgas / damage product
🚭Sira napo ang firing pin (saksakan charger) sa v@pe
🚭Di kumpleto (walang box)
If iniwanan nyopo ang box sa shop ibig sabihin lamang po ay natesting ng mahal nating mga staffs ang produkto bago po kayo umalis ng shop.
