𝗦𝘁𝗮. 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗮 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗮 𝗜𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗱𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝗸𝗮 𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗮𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰!

Kahapon, Agosto 28, 2024, ipinagdiwang ng paaralang Sta. Lucia Academy, Inc. ang BUWAN NG WIKA AT KASAYSAYAN na may temang, "Filipino: Wikang Mapagpalaya at Salaysay ng Bayan, Saysay ng Bansa," bilang pagpupugay sa halaga at kadakilaan ng ating wikang pambansa, Filipino.

Naganap ang pagdiriwang ng pang-umaga at hapong mga aktibidad sa loob ng kampus ng SLA, kung saan tampok ang mga katutubong sayaw at iba pang uri ng pagpapahalaga sa wika.

Ito ay nagsimula sa papgbibigay pugay sa Watawat ng Pilipinas na siyang pinangunahan ng mga konseho ng SLA, gayundin ang mga opisyal ng CTP at Task Force. Nang maglaon, isinagawa ang patimpalak sa paggawa ng poster, kung saan pinarangalan ang mga likhang sining ng mga mag-aaral na nagpapakita ng kanilang pagmamahal sa wika, ginanap 8:30 ng umaga sa Library ng paaralan. Kasabay nito, ginanap din sa loob ng Faculty Room ang patimpalak sa Pagbikas ng Tula, na sinalihan ng mga kalahok sa bawat lebel ng Junior High School. Ang pansarang seremonya ay ginanap naman bandang 3:30 ng hapon, na matagumpay na pinangunahan nina G. Rhey Mark Inigo at Bb. Phoebe Amor Angustia, kung saan naitampok ang mga handog na sayaw ng pangkat SUDC para sa BUWAN NG WIKA AT KASAYSAYAN, at ang pagbibigay parangal sa mga nanalo sa mga ginanap na patimpalak.

Ngayong Buwan ng Wika, tayo ay magkaisa sa isang makulay at makabuluhang pagdiriwang ng ating wika at kultura. Sa bawat aktibidad at paggunita, pinahahalagahan natin ang wikang Filipino hindi lamang bilang isang kasangkapan sa komunikasyon kundi bilang sagisag ng ating pambansang pagkakakilanlan.

Ang pagdiriwang na ito ay nagsisilbing paalala sa ating lahat na ang ating wika at kultura ay mahalaga sa pagbuo ng ating komunidad at pagyaman ng ating kasaysayan. Sa pamamagitan ng Buwan ng Wika, pinagtitibay natin ang ating dedikasyon sa pangangalaga at pagpapalakas ng yaman ng ating lingguwistika at pangkulturang pamana, na nagbubuklod sa atin bilang isang bansa.

Bilang pagbibigay halaga sa kasaysayan at pagpupugay sa pambansang wika, idaraos ng STA. LUCIA ACADEMY, INC. sa pangunguna ng CAMPUS STUDENT LEADERS ASSEMBLY ang pinakasimpleng paraan ng pag-alala sa BUWAN NG WIKA AT KASAYSAYAN bukas (Agosto 28, 2025). Gaganapin ang mga sumusunod na aktibidad:

7:30 ng umaga - Pagpupugay sa Watawat ng Pilipinas at Pagpapakilala sa mga Bayani ng Bansa

8:30 ng umaga - Patimpalak sa Pagguhit ng Poster at Pagbigkas ng Tula

3:30 ng hapon - Programa ng Pag-alala sa Kasaysayan at Pambansang Wika

Pinapaalalahanan ang lahat na tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang akademikong klase habang ginaganap ang mga aktibidad. Tanging ang mga kalahok lamang ang maaaring lumabas sa klase. Pinapanatili ng paaralan na walang akademikong klase ang masasakripisyo sa mga aktibidad na ganito. Maraming salamat po.

Yesterday, the "Blue and White" family gathered at Saint Lucy Parish Shrine for the Holy Spirit Mass at 10:30 a.m., where Rev. Fr. Erylle Emanuelle Cordero, led the congregation in recharging their spirits and strengthening their faith.

The event culminated in a stirring oath-taking ceremony, where our newly elected CSLA officers, their faces alight with purpose, pledged their dedication to serving the community. The day was a testament to the enduring power of faith, unity, and service, leaving the Blue and White family feeling inspired.

A two-day examination held on August 15–16, 2024, aimed to identify learners' strengths and interests for career and educational awareness. The NCAE is a pivotal moment in their educational journey. The school meticulously organized the event, with learners arriving early, clad in their uniforms, ready to embrace the challenge that would influence their future career choices. The atmosphere was a blend of anticipation and focus as students settled into their designated seats, prepared to demonstrate their abilities across various subjects. Teachers and staff ensured a supportive and well-prepared environment, guiding the learners through the process with care and professionalism.

This examination serves as a vital tool for learners to make informed decisions about their future paths, and SLA's Grade 10 learners approached it with seriousness and determination. The event not only showcased the learners' knowledge and skills but also reflected the collective effort of the SLA community in nurturing and preparing them for successful futures.

𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧‼️

In coordination with the SLA Task Force, the strict implementation of dress codes for the Tuesday and Thursday schedule for Senior High School will be mandated and checked every day to instill discipline in our school.

When wearing a Strand uniform, blue or black jeans and slacks must be worn, paired with rubber shoes or black shoes. Other colors of jeans, especially patterned, tattered, and brightly colored, are NOT ALLOWED.

In the absence of a Strand uniform, especially for Grade 11 students, you may temporarily wear a WHITE T-shirt, with or without print. Other colors of T-shirts are NOT ALLOWED.

Always remember that following guidelines and policies will help us maintain a respectful and positive atmosphere in our school community.

It was followed by the proclamation of the winners of this year's election and the announcement of their moderators. The event concluded with a speech from the SSG President, Ms. Charlotte Cheyenne G. Ragasa.

𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗵𝗲 "𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲" 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆!

The Sta. Lucia Academy, Inc. is now opening its gates for the school year 2024-2025 tomorrow. Learners will be dressing in civilian clothes from August 5 until August 9. The dress code for this period depends on the grade level.

On August 12, the official uniforms of SLA will be the Gala uniform and PE uniform for JHS students, and the Strand uniform for SHS learners. The Gala uniform is worn every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (MWF), while the PE uniform, together with the Strand uniform, is worn on Tuesday and Thursday (TTH).

As part of our school opening, there will be a 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙥𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙩𝙝 where students can take pictures on their first day of school, especially for freshmen and transferees as they enjoy their new school. All learners are welcome to take pictures at the photo booth, as it is completely free.

𝗦𝗟𝗔𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀, 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗻𝗮 𝗯𝗮 𝗸𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗱𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝗸𝗮 𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗴𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗼? 🇵🇭

Ang tema ng ating pagdiriwang ngayong taon para sa Buwan ng Wika ay "𝙁𝙄𝙇𝙄𝙋𝙄𝙉𝙊: 𝙒𝙄𝙆𝘼𝙉𝙂 𝙈𝘼𝙋𝘼𝙂𝙋𝘼𝙇𝘼𝙔𝘼," isang paalala na ang ating sariling wika ay hindi lamang instrumento ng komunikasyon, kundi susi para maitaguyod ang pagkakaisa natin bilang Pilipino. Ito ang nagbubuklod at sumisimbolo ng ating pambansang dangal at pagkakakilanlan. Higit sa lahat, ito ang isa sa mga naging instrumento sa ating paglaya mula sa mga kolonyal na pananakop laban sa mga Kastila, Amerikano, at Hapon.

Ang Buwan ng Wika ay hindi lamang selebrasyon, kundi isang pagkakataon upang ipagmalaki ang ating sariling kultura at wika. Mula sa mga paraang kagaya ng pagsulat, pag-awit, at pagtatanghal, sa pamamagitan ng paggamit ng wikang Filipino, naipapahayag ang ating mga saloobin at naipapakilala ang ating mga kultura sa buong mundo. Sa patuloy na pagpapahalaga at paggamit sa wikang Filipino, 𝙖𝙠𝙤, 𝙞𝙠𝙖𝙬, 𝙩𝙖𝙮𝙤 ay nagiging bahagi ng isang makabuluhang paglalakbay tungo sa tunay na kalayaan at kaunlaran ng ating bansang Pilipinas.

Wikang Filipino’y laging buhay, sa pag-unlad ikaw ang tagumpay. Kaya't sa pagsisimula ng panibagong taong panuruan, sama-sama nating patunayan at ipagdiwang ang ating pambansang wika!

All the candidates that will fight for the various positions of all the organizations in our school campaigned in each classroom to convey their platforms and things that they will share for the betterment and improvement of our school.

In the morning and afternoon of the two-day orientation, different lineups from different party lists is campaigning for their future work. Advocating for various organizations often involves dedicated efforts to raise awareness, secure funding, and drive policy changes for the better. Each team is campaigning for environmental protection, human rights, healthcare, and education.

So in the upcoming election, choose or vote for those who deserve to win to serve and share good works for our school.

𝗦𝘁𝗮. 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗮 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆, 𝗜𝗻𝗰. 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗧𝗔 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀

This morning at 8:00 a.m., the Faculty Room of Sta. Lucia Academy, Inc. was filled with a sense of community and reverence as the opening mass commenced and was led by Rev. Father Ronald Doña.

The event was attended by faculty, administrators, students, and parents, signifying the commencement of a new chapter for the academy and strengthening community connections.

Subsequently, the PTA Assembly convened to discuss students' academic progress, behavior, and well-being. Educators presented updates on curriculum and classroom dynamics, while parents provided feedback. This collaborative effort is vital for cultivating a supportive learning environment and aligning educational strategies to promote student success.

The institution’s focus on continual improvement and community involvement enriches every student's education and drives our goal of academic excellence and holistic development.
