Masarap at madaling gawin na kakanin.
Inutak recipe

Ingredients
1 cup glutinous rice flour
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup evap milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Cook in low heat until thicken.
Divide in two, set aside the half, for another half add 1 tbsp ube flavoring, mix until well combined.
Line into greased llanera/pan

Toppings
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup evap milk

Bake at pre heated oven 180C, 25 minutes until done

Yield: 2 llanera medium size

Moist carrot cupcakes recipe

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs (large)
3/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup walnuts (or any nuts of your choice)
2 Tbsp milk

Yields: 15pcs 3oz size

Cream cheese Buttercream frosting
2 Tbsp softened butter
4 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
👉 Combine butter, cream cheese and icing sugar. Beat until it becomes smooth. Do not over mix.

Chocolate chips cookies

Ingredients
Dry
1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour + 1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coffee powder

Butter mixture
112g unsalted butter (softened)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup chocolate chips

Frozen chocolate ganache for filling (optional)

Bake at pre heated oven 375F
10 minutes, bottom heat

Yields: 18pcs
Weight: 40g/cookie
