MFS KREW, also known as Made from Scratch, is a rap group from Manila handling its own record label, MFS Records, one of the umbrellas of the Realest Underground Renaissance Artist Label by Rodil Brothers, composed of 5 official members, DJ Sean P, Psyche, God Child, False Voice, and Seth, and 4 solo artists, Josh Cruest, DRE, Big Locote, and Snoop. from Scratch Early in their career (the 2010s), we were known as Crown One Familia from Rural Rec. We used to make love song rap because of our influence from the Xo Icy Friendster days, with the classic sounds of Sagpro Krew, Gloc 9, Stick Figgas, Kruzzada, Francis M., Andrew E., etc. On Youtube, we released "Baby Girl (Sorry Na) and "Panahon Man Ay Lumipas" in 2010, which received 50k and 12k views, respectively. Fast forward to 2020, when the original members of Crown One Familia, composed of 3 members—DJ Sean P, Psyche, and God Child—decided to change our group name to something unique until 2022 came around. The MFS in their group name means "Made from Scratch" and "Music for Your Soul". When we say it was made from scratch, we literally start from the beginning. Such as writing a song, making beats, buying studio equipment, etc. Also, Psyche tells DJ Sean P., "Let's call our rap group "Made from Scratch" from the word itself because you built our studio from scratch and you were a disc jockey and loved to scratch before." Until now, with the right people surrounding to DJ Sean P (especially James Rodil, aka "Jay Truest," and Ian Raymundo, aka "DJ Mixstyle," considered his mentors), they have been guiding him to boost his potential as a producer, not just a beat maker, but in recording, mixing, and mastering a song.
