Grades 10 and 12 students celebrated their Moving Up Ceremony under the theme "Generation of Unity Partners for the New Philippines," with guest speaker Mrs. Alma Arellano Madrid inspiring the graduates to embrace individual paths to success, held in Ricardos Hill on April 15, 2025.

The ceremony began with a heartwarming introduction of the graduating classes by Ms. Adellene Joy Go. Grade 10 students, along with the graduating students of Grade 12 ABM, GAS, and HUMSS strands, proudly walked onto the stage accompanied by their parents, symbolizing the unwavering support they have received throughout their education.

The highlight of the event was the inspirational message delivered by the Guest of Honor, Mrs. Alma Arellano Madrid, LPT, MAED, Principal of DMES. Mrs. Madrid offered a empowering perspective. "Being a 'sakto lang' and being an average student can be successful in the future," she assured the graduates, emphasizing that individual paths can lead to success.

The ceremony continued with the awarding of the outstanding students through the presentation of Special Awards followed by Academic Awards. The Top Student of the school and the Academic Excellence Award has been awarded to the deserving, Ms. Thea Del Mundo.

Furthermore, the students from Grade 10, Ms Andrea Tolentino, 12 ABM Ms. Thea Audrey Casale, 12 GAS Ms. Angiela Canaman, 12 HUMSS A Ms. Sandyara Mae Santiago and 12 HUMSS B Mr. John Carlo Dunga shared their graduation speech, encouraging and inspiring the students.

As the program drew to a close, the graduating students united in song. Mr. Bonifacio R. Ilag delivered the Closing Remarks, leaving the graduates with an inspiring message: "This is not the end, this is only the beginning."

The Moving Up Ceremony served as a reminder of the students' achievements and the collective hope for their future as they step forward as the "Generation of Unity," ready to contribute to the New Philippines.

The Recognition Day was held today, April 14, 2025, at the Church of Christ, where students from grades 7 to 11 received awards for their achievements throughout the academic year 2024-2025. As Taylor Swift's song "My Tears Ricochet" says, "I gave my blood, sweat and tears for this." Indeed, these students deserve every ounce of recognition, reflecting the value and fruit of their hard work.

The ceremony started with a heartfelt Doxology, beautifully led by Ms. Darlyn Joy Comia, followed by a soulful opening prayer delivered by Sarah Petrache. The National Anthem, Bagong Pilipinas Hymn, San Pablo Hymn, and Calabarzon Hymn were led by Lyka Pondevida, while Mr. Bonifacio R. Ilag took the helm for the school hymn. The Third Band Theory then gave an excellent performance, entirely captivating the audience with their presence. The inspiring opening remarks were led by Bro. Kevin C. Ticzon, setting the tone for a truly unforgettable celebration.

The said recognition day comprised 9 academic achievers, 19 with honors, and 10 with high honors. Special awards were also given to others, such as the Supreme Student Government (SSG), Campus Journalism, Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP), and excellence in subjects.

This day serves as another significant event in their academic journey, marking the fruit of their hard work, perseverance, and dedication despite the challenges they have gone through. Today's recognition is not just an event but a celebration of the students' unyielding spirit, a testament to their tireless efforts, and a validation of their sacrifices to reach this milestone.

Seeking a moment of pause before their next chapter, graduating students of SPCS found spiritual renewal and deeper connection at the "Daloy" recollection, a day dedicated to reflection and growth, held in Crisolaidoโ€™s Resort, Brgy. Concepcion, San Pablo City on March 28, 2025.

The day was designed to foster unity and self-awareness among the students, offering them a space to express their feelings and strengthen their bonds with their family, teachers, and friends.

The students participated in โ€œTao, Bahay, Bagyo,โ€ a game that emphasized connection, unity, and fun. The next activity was โ€œPaint Me a Pictureโ€. Wherein the students need to act out scenarios including wedding, funeral, cocofest, etc. This activity helps the students to think creatively and work as a team.

Students openly shared their personal challenges, life situations, challenges and experiences of feeling God's presence. A student further emphasized the importance of acknowledging individual struggles saying โ€œNandito pa rin ako dahil may binigay si Lord na makatutulong saโ€™kin sa buhay. Dahil sa pagdadasal, dininig ni Lord yung panalangin ko at hanggang ngayon nakakapag aral pa rin ako.โ€

"Di natin kailangan ikumpara ang daloy ng ating buhay sa iba" Sir Bonifacio R. Ilag message emphasized the importance of embracing individual life paths, urging students to refrain from comparing their journeys to others.

The last activity was the students received an envelope that contains a letter from their loved oneโ€™s or family.
