Day 5
Hindi kailangan ng mamahaling gamit para alagaan ang sarili,
pero kung may paraan para maging consistent, bakit hindi subukan?
Kaya ako nag-invest sa walking pad para makagalaw kahit anong oras, kahit anong panahon.
Small steps pa rin, pero tuloy-tuloy.

How I usually start my day as a VA ☕💻
I woke up at 6 AM, but this time, I didn’t have to rush to prepare breakfast, my husband handled it. 🥰
One thing I’ve learned is that I don’t have to do everything alone.
Delegating tasks to my husband and kids made my mornings lighter.
While sipping my coffee, I checked my client’s emails, pipeline, and socials, a calm start before my shift begins.
A little laundry here, a bit of dishwashing there… then it’s time to dive into work.
It’s not perfect, but it’s my version of balance and teamwork. 💕

Today’s my 4th day of my walking/self-love journey.
I almost didn’t make it, things didn’t go as planned, and I felt exhausted and unmotivated.
But I asked myself, “Will I really let this stop me?”

So I paused, took a breath, and reminded myself why I started.

Some days won’t feel perfect but showing up for yourself, even when it’s hard, that’s growth.
