!!!Looking for affordable and comfortable place to stay in Elyu, Come to SVP real property , it has 2 whole units with 2 rooms each with 2 bathrooms and cr that can housed for a maximum of 25 pax. Good for COUPLE, FAMILY or BARKADA. We have plenty of parking spaces inside the compound, and 24-7 secured with cctv camera and in person at night. We are located along national highway, close to everything and 2-3 minutes walk to a less crowded Carlatan beach ( public). Very accessible to any public transportation.
