I had several job experiences that made me confident in dealing with different types of clients or customers. I've been a service crew at Mcdonald's Philippines when I was in college. After I graduated college, I worked as a treasury assistant in a well-known department store. Then, I worked as a real estate agent. After a year, I entered the industry of BPO. I worked as a Technical Support Repres
entative for six years. When I moved from Manila to Pampanga, I worked as a Customer Support Representative for a health care account which is Kaiser Permanente. I loved the BPO industry due to its high-paying job. But, when one of my friends informed me that an institution was looking for a college instructor, I grabbed the opportunity and applied. Teaching is my passion and is my dream. I enjoyed teaching young ones. However, an unexpected blessing came, I got pregnant. After I gave birth and due to the pandemic, I needed to resign and become a full-time mom. I enter this freelancing industry as I want to cherish every development of my baby while earning money in the comfort of my home. In line with that, I also want to help clients with their businesses to increase their revenue. As a general virtual assistant, I am predictable in my everyday task. I am very familiar with different types of students which makes it easier for me to deal with them. I have so many comforting words that make them have a well-manner attitude. Through stable methods I use in dealing with them, I always gain their trust and respect. Clients will be satisfied as I am a dependable person for their businesses.
