Agaka kami sa imong kinaadman, tudloi kami pinaagi sa imong kamatuoran, lipaya kami sa imong kalumo, panalipdi kami sa imong gahum. Good news! Senior citizens are no longer required to present purchase booklets to avail 20% discount when buying prescription medicines, said Department of Health Secretary Teodoro J. Herbosa.

Herbosa signed Administrative Order No. 2024-0017 today December 23, 2024, removing the need to present the purchase booklets, doctor’s prescription and valid identification card to avail the discount. This is consistent with Republic Act 9994 or Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010.

For partial filling, the establishment’s pharmacist will indicate the quantity partially filled and the unfilled balance on the prescription. The Senior Citizen shall retain the partially filled prescription and present the same later to complete the prescribed quantity.

The National Commission of Senior Citizens extends its heartfelt gratitude to our partner agencies – Department of Health, policymakers, and President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. for their continued efforts in providing more benefits to seniors, ensuring that every transaction is made fast and easy.

Conducted of MADAC/MPOC/MDRRMC/MCPC and MCAT-VAWC Joint 4th Quarter Meeting

In line with the guidance of the Chief, PNP on Oplan MARBIL, RD's Strategic Thrust - The 3As - Able, Active, Allied (Back to Basics, Serve with a Smile), and PD's Directive to be Proactive, Responsive, and Zealous PNP. Request be informed that on the abovementioned place, time and date, personnel of Samboan MPS led by PCPT ANALIZA MANILA SARTE, OIC attended the above activity. The crime situation updates, issues and concerns as well as recommendations relative to the peace and order situation of said municipality. Other topics disccussed were about the POC Fund Status, POPS Plan Activities and other related matters. The said meeting was presided by Mayor Emerito D Calderon Jr and attended by the Vice Mayor, SB Members, MLGOO, Heads of Office, NGAs, NGOs, business sector and other stakeholders.

Activity ended OOA 12:00NN of same date with a fruitful result.

1. More than 6 hourse of night sleep
2. No alcohol intake within 24 hrs prior donation
3. No cigarette smoking within 4 hrs prior donation
