CIBO is now open at SM seaside Cebu City.
Food was excellent. Salad: 9/10 Pasta: 9.2/10 aldente Pizza: 9/10 Steak: 9.8/10 juicy & tender. Perfectly cooked. Medium rare.
Service was extraordinary. Staff were friendly, accommodating, well-trained, detailed, attentive, genuine smile and snappy.
