It’s upsetting that sellers still receive penalties despite reporting riders/courier’s shortcoming on delayed pick-up and deliveries πŸ™„ We understand we all have issues but we also hope the blame=penalty will not be assigned to the sellers but to the accountable party so that the system is improved.

5-star reviews and new orders - are a few of my favorite things ✨ When hubs asked what I wanted for my birthday, I told him either new orders or 5-star reviews. Best if I receive tons of both πŸ˜‚ Napapanaginipan ko na nga ang new order notification! Can you relate to this?

Uy pag nakareceive ng notification, hoping agad tayo na sana β€œ new order β€œ 😍 Nakakakilig makatanggap ng new orders lalo na if new seller pa lang tayo. And then you see the number of orders gradually increasing by the day πŸ“Ά We must be doing something right! Kaya sa mga araw na matumal, wag damdamin masyado. Just review your plan, post new photos, new stories, reels, etc. You will find the right customers for you at dadami din ang orders natin πŸ€— apir! πŸ™Œ

Pagka receive natin ng order, na eexcite at kinikilig tayo. So pack natin agad with freebies pa of course at ni-ship ng natin ng maaga. Then after a few days, nagtaka tayo why walang update sa app. So nag reach out tayo kay buyer to communicate the possible delay to at least cushion the impact of the courier issue. Buyer said ok but still refused to accept the item when it was delivered. Minsan naman, kahit pa dumating ng mabilis kay buyer ang item ay cinacancel pa din 😩. Yung pagod sa pagbalot at bayad sa shipment ay sagot na naman natin. At nung tinanong si buyer for the reason of the cancellation ay wala syang sagot. Sakit no? May ganitong sitwasyon na kayo, fellow sellers?

Or you can hire a professional to run your ads or hanap ka ng marketing, finance or business mentor to learn from or maybe adjust prices to accommodate all expenses and earn a decent profit. But this is tricky. You want to stay competitive, so pag-isipan mabuti. πŸ’‘ But don’t you ever give-up. Laban pa, momshies! Maayos din natin yan. Umpisa pa lang naman.

So it's been a few months since I started my entrepreneurial journey. Challenging is an understatement. I came from a corporate job as a corporate leader but due to personal reasons, I had to quit that job and start working on my own. Little did i know, ANG HIRAP PALA! 😩 I've had my run-ins with the e-commerce site partner courier ( alam nyo kung sino sila ). Some riders are rude ( hindi ko nilalahat because most of them are nice and respectful ). Worse is, malaman mo that rider reported an " UNSUCCESFUL ATTEMPT " to pick-up, when there was NO attempt at all. WALANG ATTEMPT! So i reported the incident, I even attached a formal letter but to no avail. I just received several case numbers but nothing fruitful ever happened. So I just promptly rescheduled and waited for pick-up and subsequently informed the buyer regarding what transpired. Imagine staying up late and packing orders promptly tapos hindi dadating si rider. No update also from the rider on the reasons behind the incident. Just plain no-show. But LO AND BEHOLD, he made some false reports in the buying site- unsuccessful attempt, seller not on location, item not ready etc. etc . MASAKLAP 😰 UNFAIR, di ba?
