So it's been a few months since I started my entrepreneurial journey. Challenging is an understatement. I came from a corporate job as a corporate leader but due to personal reasons, I had to quit that job and start working on my own. Little did i know, ANG HIRAP PALA! π© I've had my run-ins with the e-commerce site partner courier ( alam nyo kung sino sila ). Some riders are rude ( hindi ko nilalahat because most of them are nice and respectful ). Worse is, malaman mo that rider reported an " UNSUCCESFUL ATTEMPT " to pick-up, when there was NO attempt at all. WALANG ATTEMPT! So i reported the incident, I even attached a formal letter but to no avail. I just received several case numbers but nothing fruitful ever happened. So I just promptly rescheduled and waited for pick-up and subsequently informed the buyer regarding what transpired. Imagine staying up late and packing orders promptly tapos hindi dadating si rider. No update also from the rider on the reasons behind the incident. Just plain no-show. But LO AND BEHOLD, he made some false reports in the buying site- unsuccessful attempt, seller not on location, item not ready etc. etc . MASAKLAP π° UNFAIR, di ba?
