1. If your ONU shows red blinking light, even after restarting.

2. You have a line cut ( fiber cut from pole to house )

Typhoon Nika & Pepito Aftermath & Restoration Update

In the wake of Typhoon Nika & Pepito, our teams are working tirelessly to restore services across the affected areas. The priority at this stage is the restoration of the mainline, as it forms the backbone of our network. Unfortunately, a significant number of poles were damaged or knocked down by the storm, and full restoration of the mainline will take approximately a week or more, depending on the extent of the damage.

Once the mainline is operational, we will shift our focus to the restoration of the distribution lines to bring services back to all impacted communities. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore full service as quickly and safely as possible.

Friendly reminder to our subscribers while waiting for the restoration of electrical power:

Unplug your appliances ( including your internet modem / Optical Network Unit ) from the sockets during power outage. Our appliances become susceptible to damage from the tidal wave of electricity once power is restored. Once the electricity is brought back, wait a few moments before plugging and turning the appliances back on.

We sincerely apologize for the internet and cable tv connection disruptions over the past 3 days. These unavoidable disruptions were due to the ongoing renovation of our Aglipay branch office.

As part of these improvements, please be advised that we will have a temporary shutdown of operations to migrate our electrical power supply to a new electrical system:

Good morning to our valued subscribers! We hope everybody is safe 🙏

Our internet and cable tv has been restored at 7:15 this morning. Loss of internet was due to the electric fluctuations causing our equipments to automatically shutdown. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you still don’t have internet connection, please restart. If you still have zero internet connection after restarting , kindly check your modems / ONUs :

1. White ONU ( optical network unit ) - if you see red light , please call us as you may have a fiber cut caused by the typhoon.

2. Black Modem - slow green light blinking , please call us as you may have fiber cut caused by the typhoon.

3. Green light but still no internet connection ( after restarting ) , please call us.
