TO OUR VALUED SUBSCRIBERS

To continuously improve our internet service, Persian Internet and Cable Installation Services will conduct a scheduled network upgrade tonight between 11:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight.
During the activity, internet service will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 20-30 minutes.

After restoration, some subscribers may experience slow browsing while the system stabilizes. Our technical team will closely monitor the network and do our best to bring operations back to normal as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve our service for a better connection experience.

We have received reports that certain internet service providers operating in Maddela, Nagtipunan, and Aglipay are using the name "Persian Cable TV Network" and claiming that their installations and services are connected with us.

Please be advised that Persian Cable TV Network is NOT affiliated, partnered, or connected in any way with these providers.

For your guidance and protection:

✅ Official Applications Only
All applications for our services are done personally at our offices to ensure proper documentation and customer verification.

✅ Standard Installation Procedures
We follow strict and professional installation processes using quality-checked equipment. Our fiber drop wires are not generic and are manufactured based on specific technical standards.

✅ No Electricity on Power Posts
Our internet and cable services DO NOT require electrical power on Quirelco posts. Any setup using electrical lines on posts for internet/cable is NOT from us.
We are authorized by Quirelco to use their electric poles for our network distribution, and we are paying pole rental fees on a monthly basis.

✅ Proper Complaint Handling
All service requests and complaints are officially recorded and tracked in our system under each subscriber’s account to ensure accountability and fast resolution.

📢 REPORT UNAUTHORIZED USE
If you encounter any individual or company using the name Persian Cable TV Network without authorization, please report to us immediately with details such as name, location, and date so we can take proper legal action.

It has come to our attention that certain groups or illegal internet service providers are using the name "Persian Cable TV Network” to solicit subscribers in these areas.
These entities are NOT connected with us in any way.

⚠️ Please be advised:
- Do not make payments, sign contracts, or share personal information with individuals claiming to represent Persian Cable TV Network in the areas mentioned.
- Any services offered under our name in these locations are unauthorized and illegal.

For verification and official information, please contact only our legitimate branch offices.
