We sincerely apologize for the internet service interruptions that occurred on:

September 3 - 4, 2025 (lasting 21 hours)
September 9, 2025 (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, lasting 3 hours)

While these incidents are not classified as a fault of Persian Cable TV Network, we deeply value your trust and loyalty. As a gesture of goodwill, we will be providing a 1-day discount on your September 2025 subscription fee. This will be applied automatically—no action is required on your part.

The cause of the September 9 interruption is still under investigation. We also continue to monitor external causes, especially fiber cuts caused by dump trucks or big vehicles dragging our lines, or by individuals / illegal internet operators intentionally damaging them.

👉 We kindly request our subscribers to report immediately to us any suspected incidents of fiber damage, whether accidental or intentional, so we can take swift action.
