⭐️Job Title: MASHOP - Operation Manager
⭐️Location: QUEZON CITY
⭐️Job Type: Full-Time
⭐️Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the overall operations of the MaSHOP app, ensuring optimal functionality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to boost app visibility, user engagement, and overall downloads.
- Lead and manage the MaSHOP team, setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including mall partners, customers, and advertisers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying new opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
⭐️Qualifications:
- *Experience:* Minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably with a focus on marketing, business operations, or digital platforms.
- *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
⭐️Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed, strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with app-based businesses or e-commerce platforms is a plus.

⭐️Compensation and Benefits:
⭐️Base Salary:* Php 30,000 per month.
