Sa mga panahong halos igupo na ng mga pagsubok at ng matitinding hamon sa buhay. Sa mga pagkakataong halos pahirapan na ng mga nararanasan. Patapangin Mo nawa ang puso.

Kapag halos hirap na hirap na at di na makaya. Kapag mabigat na ang pasang dala-dala at tila'y susuko na. Patapangin Mo nawa ang puso.

Kapag nawalan na ng lakas ng loob at pag-asa'y nawalan. Kapag pinanghihinaan at nawala na din ang tapang para lumaban. Patapangin Mo nawa ang puso.

Kapag umaagos na ang patak ng luha at nasasaktan dahil sa bigat ng nararamdaman. Kapag ang mahinhing paghikbi sa labi'y namutawi't nasumpungan. Patapangin Mo nawa ang puso.

Patapangin Mo nawa ang puso ko palagi nang sagayon anuman ang aking mapagdaanan at maranasanan sa mundong aking ginagalawan, may tapang ako para bumangon at patuloy na lumaban.

Patapangin Mo nawa ang puso ko palagi!

"Panalangin"
— isang salita lamang subalit lubhang makapangyarihan.
Kaya nitong ipihit kahit ang pinakamahirap na sitwasyong iyong kinalalagyan.

Minsan sa isang pagtawag mo lang,
nariyan na agad ang kasagutan.

Ngunit may mga pagkakataon din na pakiwari mo'y walang katuparan.
Subalit, huwag mong sukuan.
Dahil kung miinsan–
ang sagot ay "maghintay ka lang."

Walang imposible sa salitang 'panalangin'.
Magtiwala ka lang at buong pusong sumampalataya sa hinihiling.

Hangga't mabuti ang iyong hangarin,
Hangga't wala kang paglabag sa mga tuntunin,
Hangga't hindi nag-aalangan ang puso mo—
makaaasa kang ipagkakaloob ito sa'yo.

Panalangin—
Ito yung pinakamagaan na maaari nating gawin,
ngunit kaya nitong lunasan kahit pa ang pinakamabigat na suliranin.

Palagi mo lang itong gawin—
malungkot ka man o masaya,
may hinihiling ka man o wala.
