Traveling this holiday season? If you’re using Grab for your future trips, note that the vehicle-hailing application announced that starting December 5, 2024, all its pickups will be at the Multi-Level Parking Level A area.

“This new pickup zone is a no-waiting area, so passengers should coordinate with Grab Queuing Agents in front of the MLP Level A entrance, near NAIA Terminal 3 Gate 7, when their driver arrives,” shared Grab.

Passengers can no longer pin the arrival bays when booking rides, as the airport management directs. This is to aid the traffic situation at the airport, especially with the upcoming holidays.

“You can still book your own GrabCar (kahit meron booth near gate 6), then approach the staff sa gate 7, they'll assign a loading slot pag padating na GrabCar. It's like the arrival bay na may number (A11, A12, etc...) para dun kayo magmemeet ng Grab rider,” Facebook user Khams Castillo explained in a post.
