PAALALA: Madalas kaibigan, kung gusto natin makamit ang hindi pa natin nakakamtan, kailangan natin gumawa ng isang bagay na hindi pa natin nagagawa.

In short, sa madaling sabi, huwag tayong matakot na sumubok ng bago, harapin ang takot, at magsimula ng panibagong paglalakbay kung kailangan. We need to go out of our comfort zones. Let's embark on new adventures, if need be.

Magandang araw sa ating lahat! Simula na naman ng panibagong linggo, pagkakataon para sa muling abutin ang mga pangarap natin.

Ikaw, ano ang matagal mo nang gustong subukan pero hindi mo pa nagagawa? At kailan mo ito sisimulan?

Ngayong weekend, gamitin natin yung oras para magpahinga, mag-saya at pinaka-importante mag-reflect.

Habang nagrereflect isipin natin 'to:
It's impossible to be early or late when we walk with God.

Lalo sa mga palaging anxious diyan (dahil palaging nakatingin sa hinaharap) tulad ko. Minsan nakakagaan ng loob 'pag naaalala mo na imposibleng maging huli o maaga 'pag kasama mo ang Diyos.

"To everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven." Ecclesiastes 3:1

As we slow down and enjoy the weekend, I want to thank Him for our good health, for the safety of our family, and for the many blessings that He has given us.

Today is the 2nd day of 2024, but let's keep it Day 1, shall we.

Jeff Bezos, Amazon's founder, always shares an important letter from his 1997 Letters to Shareholders. He talks about focusing on customers, thinking long-term, and not being afraid to try new things.

This is what he calls: The Day 1 Mentality.

Day 1 is all about keeping a long-term view, really caring about what people need, and always looking for new ways to solve problems. Amazon did this by starting with selling books online, then toys, then whatever you can think of, and then moving into new areas like cloud computing. This approach has kept them ahead of others.

Adopting Day 1 in life means always growing, trying new things, and loving learning. It's about treating every day as a fresh chance to be better than yesterday. It means never getting too comfortable with how things are but always looking for how they can be better.

Bezos says Day 2 is when you stop changing and start declining - then eventually you die.

To stay in Day 1, we need to embrace change and not be scared of the unknown. It's about long-term thinking, not just short-term happiness. This mindset helps us keep moving forward and reaching new goals.

So, even though it's Day 2 of 2024, let's make it a Day 1.

Let's cherish every moment as a chance to change and grow, in life and in everything we do. Together, let's be brave and curious, ready to face whatever comes.

As we start this new year, think about it: do you want just another day, or do you want to live the Day 1 way?
