THE TRUTH ABOUT WORKING MOMS

You've probably heard the stereotype: when you're a mom with a career, people often say you're not a good mom because you chose your career over your child. The reality, however, is that all moms want to be with their little ones as much as possible. But many of us weren't born with a silver spoon and did not marry a prince.

Regardless of the kind of mom you are, there’s a price to pay. For working moms, that price often comes in the form of lost time with ourchildren and the countless “no’s” we have to say because we're busy with work. Not to mention the chores that pile up at home, creating a constant sense of overwhelm.

At the end of the day, the kind of mom you choose to be is ultimately driven by your love for your child. Whether you work to secure a better future for them or decide to stay at home to be present, both choices stem from a place of love and commitment. I see this through the eyes of a loving mother. 🤱❣
