Sa mga cheaters dyan, sana magbago din kayo. You won’t find true happiness there. Panandaliang saya lang yan. Kung talagang nagsisisi ka, make sure na hindi ka na magchcheat ulit. One of the best ways to show you’re sorry and take accountability isn’t through words, but through actions—by not repeating the same mistakes in your next relationship.☝🏽

Maswerte ako sa mga exes ko—despite the mistakes I made in my teens and early 20s, they never went out of their way to ruin me (at least not that I’m aware of). Pasensyahan na lang talaga kung makahanap ka ng someone na ilalabas mga baho mo.🥴

If it wasn’t for my exes, I wouldn’t be who I am today. The guy who once thought he’d never settle down to one person is now happily with the same woman for a decade.❤️

This is what my beard looks like after two months without shaving. People keep asking if I use beard growth products, but I don’t. My facial hair growth is all thanks to testosterone (T). But just having T doesn’t mean you’ll get a full beard—other trans guys who take the same T as I do don’t always grow one. I know genetics play a big role, but I guess there’s also some ‘luck’ involved since my brother and most of my cousins can’t grow full beards either.😅

Iba yung challenge in your 30s and 40s. It's a time when you're finally becoming financially stable, can travel more, start a new family or business. But at the same time, andyan na din yung part na tumatanda at humihina na parents natin.

Last year, I lost my dad. It’s been a difficult adjustment. When I achieve something or experience something nice, I often find myself saying, “sana nakikita ‘to ni daddy” or “sana naeexperience niya rin ‘to.”

Kaya grateful talaga ako na andito si mama ngayon sa NZ. It's a dream come true, and it reminds me to treasure every moment with the people who matter most. Hirap din kasi ‘pag malayo ka e. 🥺

If you have loved ones close by, hug them tight and let them know how much you love them. "Life is short" is not a cliché for nothing.💙

I'm finally getting my strength back.🙏🏽 Sa mga nagtatanong kung okay lang ako, I'm doing very well, salamat po sa concern. Holistically, okay tayo — I couldn’t ask for more! Thank you Lord! I miss the digital world though.

Sa Pilipinas, bawal umasenso. Bawal maghangad ng magandang buhay. Pag pinanganak kang mahirap, dapat mamatay kang mahirap.

A trans woman passed away after her gender-affirming surgery, and sadly, some Filipinos laughed about it saying, "dapat kasi makuntento ka sa bigay ng Diyos."

As a transgender man na nakapag gender-affirming surgery na din, this issue is close to my heart. Ang surgery po na ito ay not just about physical changes; it’s about aligning one's body with their true identity and improving mental health.

Lahat naman tayo naghahangad magkaroon ng maayos na buhay. Minalas lang siya at hindi naging successful ang recovery niya. But man, she died trying.

Alam ko relihiyoso kayo pero parang hindi naman tama na pagtawanan yung kamatayan ng isang tao. Instead of laughter, let's extend compassion and understanding, and together build a world where everyone, regardless of their gender identity, can access the healthcare they need safely and with dignity.💙

Celebrating a milestone! Just experienced my first full-body massage without being dysphoric. I used to feel uncomfortable with the idea, always saying no when asked if I wanted one. But now, thanks to gender-affirming surgery, I can finally experience this little luxury.
