I am a Fratman

I am too quiet for some time, I barely spoke for the brotherhood, I even stayed away from the pride. Today, this caught my attention, I am one of the Brothers out there trying to IMPROVE the organization into better but the struggle to CHANGE and PRESERVE is dividing us, so either standing in one side or the other, I chose to stay silent. Alarmed by this incident, I believe that the rules governing the brotherhood should be refined, if there's no way to modify the rules in recruitment, membership and affiliation process.
