This is what I'm doing to make my body and mind strong. From 85 kilos down to 69 kilos is not bad. Hopefully ma-acieve ko ang ideal weight ko kagaya ng dati 56-60 kilos. Akala ng iba puro picture taking lang ang ginagawa ko kapag pumupunta sa gym. A big NO..i do effort halos walang pahinga. Mas gusto kong nabubogbog ang katawan ko. Yung iindahin ko ang sakit ng katawan... di biro ang 12 to 15 reps for 3-4 sets each kind. Madami pa akong ginagawa na di navivideohan...di ako tumitigil hanggang di ako naglulupaypay sa pagod... That way i can sleep better at night. I'm glad na merong gym dito sa aming bayan. I told to myself this is my 3rd home. Kapag wala ako sa bahay, malamang nasa school ako (my second home) or i'm in my third home ( the gym) or nasa lakwatsahan. This way i overcomed everything, stress...Depression... anxiety. Yes... i'm a strong independent woman but like other women i'm also vulnerable and weak inside. ( too long for drama)

Piinapanood ko lang ang mga ito sa fb bago ko ginagawa.
