Position Title: Team Lead Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)
Experience Required: 5-7 Years in VA Management or Supervisory Roles
Reporting To: Workforce Manager

Job Summary:
As the Team Lead Virtual Assistant, you will oversee the daily operations and performance of a team of Virtual Assistants. Your role involves managing inbound sales and support channels, ensuring excellent customer service, and optimizing workflows using various business and CRM tools. You will be the primary point of escalation for the team, providing guidance, coaching, and ensuring adherence to client expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Team Leadership:
◦ Supervise and mentor a team of Virtual Assistants to ensure optimal performance.
◦ Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
• Customer Service Excellence:
◦ Oversee handling of inbound sales and support inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
◦ Address and resolve escalated customer concerns effectively.
• Workflow Management:
◦ Develop, implement, and improve workflows to maximize team efficiency.
◦ Ensure tasks and responsibilities are clearly assigned and completed on time.
• Tools and Systems Management:
◦ Train and guide the team on various business and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or other platforms.
◦ Monitor and maintain system accuracy and data integrity.
• Reporting and Analytics:
◦ Track team performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
◦ Analyze customer interactions and team workflows to identify improvement areas.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5-7 years of experience in Virtual Assistant management or supervisory roles.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with multiple business tools and CRMs, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk and GHL.
• Proven ability to handle inbound sales and support channels effectively.
• Strong customer service experience with a focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a remote team.
