200 grams Flat Noodles ( pad thai noodles )
2-3 tbsp Cooking Oil
3 cloves Garlic ( chopped )
½ kg Shrimps
1 cup Spring Onions ( chopped )
1 cup Bean Sprouts
200 grams Tofu ( cut into cubes & fry )
½ cup Roasted Peanuts ( toppings )
Lime/Lemon ( sliced )
Salt & Pepper to taste

❇️Pad Thai Sauce:

3-4 Tbsp Tamarind Powder/ Sauce
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar

❇️Garnish:
Roasted Peanuts
Spring Onions
Bean Sprouts

2 Tbsp Sugar
3 Tbsp All Purpose Cream

½ Cup Melted Butter
1 Piece Egg
2- 3 Tbsp Condensed Milk
1 Cloves Garlic ( chopped )
1 Tbsp Dried Parsley ( you can also use fresh )

500 gms Chicken Breast
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
200 ml Milk

❇️For Dry Coatings:
½ cup APF
½ cup Cornstarch
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Paprika Powder

❇️For Frying:
Cooking Oil

❇️For Glaze:
1-2 tbsp Oil
1 head Garlic ( minced )
2 tbsp Butter
½ cup Honey
1 tbsp Liquid Seasoning/Soy Sauce
Ground Black Pepper
Salt optional

¼ kg Pork ( sliced into small pieces )
½ cup Kimchi ( cut/chopped )
1 tbsp Gochujang ( add if you want it more spicy )
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 pc Onion ( chopped )
2-3 cloves Garlic ( chopped )
1-2 pc Spring Onion ( chopped )
1 tbsp Cooking Oil
½ cup Carrots ( chopped )
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Honey ( optional )
Salt & Pepper to taste
1-2 pcs Eggs ( sunny side up )
