The specific DSM-5 criteria for major depressive disorder are outlined below.

•Depressed mood: For children and adolescents, this can also be an irritable mood
•Diminished interest or loss of pleasure in almost all activities (anhedonia)

•Sleep disturbance (insomnia or hypersomnia)
•Psychomotor agitation or retardation

•Feelings of worthlessness
•Diminished ability to think or concentrate; indecisiveness

Celebrating Friendships.

Been thinking of 2025 lately.

Iniisip ko, sa edad kong 'to, sobrang critical na ng mga susunod na taon. Tumatanda na ako and I have to make sure my career is thriving.

In terms of health, napapansin ko madali na rin akong mapagod. In terms of relationship, mas nagiging carefree na ako. If someone doesn't like me, okay. Ignore. No time for arguments now.

Ewan pero while I am looking forward positively to the next year, a part of me is anxious thinking heavily of my future. Hindi tayo mayaman kaya everything we do involves only calculated risk. Hindi pwedeng bira lang ng bira.

Too young to rush things but too old to waste time — this feeling.

Friends From Afar

There’s a quiet realization in seeing the friends who once felt like family now only exist in my life through updates on Facebook and Instagram. Life has changed, and so have we. While we’ve drifted apart, it doesn’t erase the memories or the love I still carry for them.
