Bringing yoga to a community with limited access is always a challenge, but yesterday, we made it happen with a pop-up class in Mapulang Lupa, Valenzuela City! This special session was organized by Tere's Bakery Cafรฉ alongside an afternoon of tarot readings.

Held in Casa Marila Events Venue, at the penthouse of the MJT Building, the space was bright, open, and perfect for practice. With an intimate group of participants, most eager to explore yoga for the first time, we flowed through movement and breathโ€”learning not just about yoga but about ourselves. As the sun set, we eased into savasana, soaking in the quiet transition into night.

Thrilled to have reached a milestoneโ€”almost 500 days of daily meditation! While I used to meditate sporadically, tracking my sessions with the (not a sponsored post!) helped me stay consistent.

If thereโ€™s one habit Iโ€™d recommend building any time of year, itโ€™s meditation.
