They are submitting documents. In fact may ilang resolved notices of disallowance na sa DepEd, CLEARED by COA. Speaking of the word TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY, Ikaw, kayo, meron ba kayo nito?
1) First thing muna, di ba convicted criminal kayo (kahit under appeal pa now) bakit nandyan pa rin kayo nakaupo? Walang hiya po ba kayo, walang delicadeza? Ayaw kusang magresign? Protected po kayo ng House leadership? Special po ba kayo?
Ang may conviction sa isang Regional Trial Court, bawal husgahan? Pero ang VP na walang conviction, Sobra-sobra, todo-todong idemonize?
2) In the spirit of transparency, nasaan ang liquidation ng mga allocated expenses ninyo na tens millions over the years? Kung makaquestion kayo sa liquidation ng confidential fund ganun nalang eh mismong House Sec. General na mismo ninyo nagsabi na ang Public Affairs Fund ninyo ay hindi nareresibuhan. 5) ACCOUNTABILITY ba kamo, sino ba ang kumatay, KUMAKATAY, NAGBALAHURA ng kaban ng bayan? Kahit na isa kayo sa kumukontra sa budget mess, yes will give it to you, pero why are you not CALLING FOR ACCOUNTABILITY, even investigations, how your colleagues, especially the House leadership MUTILATED BEYOND RECOGNITION the national budget? Parang good cop bad lang kayo eh. Kunwari tutol. Pero walang totoong paghahanap ng accountability. Bakit ayaw ninyong manawagan na magresign si House Speaker? They DEFUNDED many big ticket infrastructure Foreign Assisted Projects (FAPs), transferred them to Unprogrammed Appropriations (NOT PRIORITY). Isipin niyo yun in 2024, ZERO BUDGET for the Subway, the project of the century? ZERO budget for some railways airports? And this 2025 a very significant reduction of budget! And even swept the Philhealth excess fund and other trust funds in 2024 and this 2025, totally DEFUNDED the Philhealth Subsidy! Don't just file for petition sa Supreme Court, why not call for resignation of those responsible?
6) Sure, again, you were/are very vocal about the budget mutilation, in fact you said the 2025 national budget that BBM signed is a "deceptive" budget, "punong-puno ng pork". IF YOU REALLY TRULY MEANT that and still stand by your word, why not FILE an impeachment case against the President first order of the day sa opening ng Congress, Jan. 13, 2025? Naku HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS ang involved Dito! Again HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of taxpayers' money! Papalampasin niyo lang?
Hindi ba ito BETRAYAL OF PUBLIC TRUST? AN IMPEACHABLE OFFENSE?
Nasaan ang impeachment case for BBM? BAKIT di kayo nagpafile?
Dahil fake advocate of transparency and accountability kayo? Are you fake, Rep. Castro? Inconsistent?
Ang sinisingle out ninyo ay ang VP, consistently highly approved and trusted government leader, voted by 32 million people. Yes her offices were given Notices of the Disallowance (ND) but these are NOT YET FINAL. They are currently under appeal sa COA Commission Proper, and there is even a Supreme Court pa. The AUDIT IS NOT YET FINISHED. Why crucify her?

You also maliciously questioned her Confidential fund expenses as Davao City Mayor. Hmm. For sure it's because of the Confidential Fund thet she was able to clean up her city, naging insurgency free during her term. Wow what an achievement, right? Hindi po ba kayo masaya?

At kailan po kayo pupunta and file a petition sa Supreme Court to question the Education Sector composition? You are a teacher di ba, this should be very close to your heart. Why would you even blame the VP for the deterioration of the quality of education ng bansa na kung tutuusin with her short stint sa DepEd, it was consistently the MOST trusted and approved department?
