Rank No. 7 Top Ten Most Wanted Person Apprehended in Muntinlupa for Drug Possession

Muntinlupa City, January 16, 2025 - On January 16, 2025, at approximately 7:50 PM, the Rank No. 7 Top Ten Most Wanted Person (TTMWP) Station Level for January 2025 (1st Quarter) was apprehended at No. 191 Quezon Street, Barangay Poblacion, Muntinlupa City. The arrest was carried out by personnel from the Warrant and Subpoena Unit, led by PCMS Renante L. Jesalva, assisted by PCMS Marvin Tagle and twelve other officers. The arrest was based on a warrant issued by Hon. PHILIP ACOSTA AGUINALDO, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 207, Muntinlupa City. The warrant was for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (Republic Act 9165), specifically for possession of dangerous drugs under Article II, Section 11, Paragraph 3 (regarding the graduation of penalties), filed under Criminal Case No. 22-1287 on January 15, 2025, for service of sentence.

The individual was informed of his constitutional rights (Miranda Doctrine) in a dialect he fully understands. He was subsequently brought to Ospital ng Muntinlupa (OSMUN) for a medical/physical examination prior to being transferred to the Custodial and Detention Facility. The individual will remain there pending the issuance of a Commitment Order from the court of origin.

Further investigation through the Investigation Solution Automatic Verification (ISAV) system revealed that the individual has a previous record on file for Slight Physical Injuries.
