About the Role
▫️We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Remote Sales Representative for our client in the mechanical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, expanding market reach, and driving sales of mechanical seal products.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify and connect with potential customers via calls, emails, and social media.
✅ Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and our sales/technical teams.
✅ Research and explore new international market opportunities.
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
✅ Track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.

Qualifications
✅ 2-3+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the engineering or industrial sectors.
✅ Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
✅ Ability to understand and explain technical products (an engineering background is a plus).
✅ Experience with CRM software is an advantage.

When landed your first freelance gig, excitement filled your heart, right?

Not until the client asked, “How much do you charge?”

Panic set in.

You had spent hours perfecting your craft, watching tutorials, and even taking free gigs to build a portfolio.

But putting a price on your skills?

That felt impossible.

You scoured forums, asked in freelancer groups, and even messaged a mentor. Some said to charge low to get more clients. Others warned that pricing too low would lead to burnout.

Then, you will read something that changed everything.

"Don’t charge for the time you spend. Charge for the value you bring."
