The Hiyas ng Binulig is one of the highlight of the 11th Binulig festival that celebrates a rise of another breed of beauty and wit. This represents empowered senior high school women advocating cultural differences, beliefs, and traditions. As the City continue to flourish in an agri-industrial economy with rich culture, tourism, trade, and commerce.
