In celebration of ๐ก๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ช๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป'๐ ๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ต, we continue to honor the remarkable women who have made significant contributions to Central Luzon through ๐ช๐ข๐ ๐๐ก ๐๐ก ๐๐๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฃ: ๐ง๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐บ ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐บ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ. This week, we shine the spotlight on ๐ ๐ฎ. ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฎ ๐๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ โ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ดโ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ป, an epitome of leadership and advocacy in the region.
๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ด has led the CSFP Tourism Office with remarkable distinction since 2006, propelling it to be recognized as one of the region's top-performing offices, exemplified by its outstanding tourism statistics and DOT accreditation. Under her stewardship, San Fernando has become a beacon of heritage preservation and tourism, earning accolades such as the Heritage Tourism award and garnering international attention through initiatives like the Giant Lantern Festival.
Beyond her professional endeavors, ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ด is a dedicated community leader and advocate. Her commitment to breastfeeding and natural parenting advocacy, as well as her involvement in environmental conservation through the Save the Trees Coalition, reflects her passion for holistic community development. As Vice President for Field of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines Pampanga Council, she tirelessly mentors the next generation of empowered women leaders in the community.
๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ด's academic achievements are equally impressive. She graduated magna cm laude from the University of the Philippines Baguio with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science, double majoring in Anthropology and Political Science. Furthermore, she made history as the first Filipino student accepted into the Master en Gestion de Destinacion Turisticos program (Masters in the Management of Tourism Destinations, specializing in Management and Governance) at Universitat Rovira i Virgili, Tarragona, Spain. Her dedication and passion led to the successful completion of her Masters, further enhancing her expertise in the field.
