1 kg. Pork liempo, chopped
or chicken
1 piece cabbage, chopped into small piece
1 piece carrot, chopped
1/2 liver and crop, chopped
1 piece onion, chopped
1/2 garlic, chopped into small piece
1 red bell pepper, chopped into small piece
1 baguio beans, chopped into small piece
5 piece calamansi
5 teaspoon oyster sauce
5 teaspoon soy sauce
5 teaspoon ground black pepper
5 teaspoon salt
1 bowl chicken stock
5 teaspoon oil
Procedure:
Heat oil in a cooking pot. Saute chopped garlic and onion until brown, add liver and crop until cooked. Add oyster sauce and soy sauce while on process of cooking the liver and crop. After cooking liver and crop, add carrot, red bell pepper, baguio beans and cabbage. Set aside.
Heat the cooking pot and put the chicken stock.
Add the oyster sauce and soy sauce, mixed
Add the pancit canton and wait until it looks soft and cooked.
After cooking the canton, add the saute vegetables, liver and crop and mixed for 5 mins.
Heat oil in a deep cooking pot or deep fryer and cook until it looks golden brown.
Chopped the fried pork liempo or chicken into small parts and put on the top of pancit canton. Then that's it! ENJOY EATING!!!
