𝗣𝗥𝗢𝟭𝟬 𝗦𝗘𝗜𝗭𝗘𝗦 𝗣𝟭.𝟯 𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗛 𝗢𝗙 𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗔𝗟 𝗗𝗥𝗨𝗚𝗦, 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗦 𝟭𝟭𝟳 𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗢𝗡𝗘-𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞 𝗟𝗔𝗪 𝗘𝗡𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗣

CAMP ALAGAR, Cagayan de Oro City- Police Regional Office 10 (PRO10) successfully apprehended 117 individuals and seized significant amount of illegal drugs in weeklong law enforcement operations from July 11 to 17, 2024, regionwide.

The operation highlights the campaign against illegal drugs, illegal gambling, wanted persons, loose fi****ms (kontra boga), and the revitalized katok (bilang boga) initiative.

In anti-illegal drug campaign, PRO10 executed 42 operations, resulting in the arrest of 52 drug suspects and confiscation of 198.533 grams of shabu and 2 grams of ma*****na, with a total Standard Drug Price of PhP1,350,400.40.

In anti-illegal gambling, this PRO conducted 16 operations, resulting in the arrest of 16 individuals and confiscation of PhP6,469.00 worth of illegal gambling items.

In neutralizing wanted persons, PRO10 apprehended 46 individuals, including six Most Wanted Persons and 40 Other Wanted Persons.
In the battle against loose fi****ms (Kontra Boga), PRO10 conducted six operations, resulting in the arrest of three individuals and the confiscation/surrender/recovery of four small arms. Approximately 495 house visitations for Revitalized Katok (Bilang Boga) were conducted, resulting in the voluntary surrender of one firearm for safekeeping.

PBGEN RICARDO G LAYUG JR, Regional Director, PRO10, commended the men and women of PRO10 for a job well done.

“Determinado po ang inyong kapulisan, katuwang ang iba't ibang ahensya ng pamahalaan, na palakasin pa ang ating pagsisikap na mahuli ang mga taong lumalabag sa ating batas. Sa patuloy na pagtutulungan ng bawat isa, layunin nating sugpuin ang lahat ng uri ng krimen at iligal na aktibidad upang mapanatili ang kapayapaan at kaayusan sa ating komunidad,” he said. # # #
