The Local Government of Oras conducted its first day of Sangguniang Kabataan Mandatory Training which started on November 7, 2023, participated by 29 SK Chairmen from different barangays of Oras and SK Members from the poblacion barangay.

The SKMT will be a 4-day training, divided into 4 batches that started on November 7 and will continue until November 10, 2023. SK officials were designated to a 1-day training following their assigned batches.

SKMT's purpose is to orient newly elected officials on the legal foundation of SK, their duties and responsibilities, code of ethics and communications used in transactions.
