Extending the legacy and success brought by the ISKOLARO 2024 to the table, SIRANG: The Scholarsโ Organization, together with the entirety Senior High School scholars community, greets ISKOLARO 2025 bearing the theme: โAMOR IN MOTU: Achieving Milestones through Openness and Recreation,โ held on February 23, Sunday, aiming to commemorate the different facets of love and highlighting the importance of family, held at Ateneo de Naga University Xavier Hall Grounds.
ISKOLARO 2025 dwells on the significance of the spirit of love and family relationships, the basic unit of societyโa virtue of exhibiting appreciation for parents, elders, and ancestors.
Along with 252 overall scholars, ISKOLARO 2025 relentlessly introduced four distinct team systems, markedly: Team Cupid (Yellow), the God of Love, signifying radiant force and romantic connection; Team Venus (Red), the Goddess of Beauty, underlines the significance of passion and beauty; Team Psyche (Pink), the Goddess of Soul, which gives off soft and tender emotions, and; Team Flora (Green), the Goddess of Flowers, represents nature and fertility.
โThis yearโs ISKOLARO highly resonates with the month of February since it emphasizes โlove in motionโ as stated in the theme, which also serves as an opportunity for scholars and their families to treasure a moment together,โ Jannia Allaine V. Moral, ISKOLARO Project Head, said.
As per the eventโs scope, the competitions involved are the presentations of Team Booth, Team E-banner, Team Yell, and Cooking Show (Sinigang na Baboy Category).
Moreover, Laro ng Lahi is divided into three sections: Scholarsโ, Parentsโ, and Scholar-Parentsโ Game Categories. Scholarsโ Category games refer to events, such as Tumalon Ka! (Jump In, Jump Out), Daraklagan Bola, Sipa, and Paka. Outside of the box, Family Feud, Jack nโ Poy, and Jackstone are under the Parentsโ Category games. Lastly, Scholars-Parentsโ Category games are Action Relay Game, Three-legged Race, and Tumpakners.
Adding an item to the list, SIRANG also provided a Free Taho service enabling the scholars and parents for an extra morning snack.
As mentioned by SIRANG President, Mikan I. Deblois, scholars shall feel love and be loved by their families and peers in this yearโs ISKOLARO.
Roughly, with all excitement and enjoyment evident during the event, SIRANG upholds the augmentation of scholarsโ academic and extracurricular experiences.
