🧑‍🍳: SPICY CHICKEN CURRY

1/2 Kg. Chicken (cut into small pieces)
1 pc. (Medium) Potato
1 pc.(Medium) Carrot
1 pc. Red Bell Pepper
1 tsp. Of Chili Flakes
1 1/2 Spoon of Curry Powder
1 Cup Evaporated Milk
4 Cloves of Minced Garlic
1 whole of Minced Red Onion
1 spoon of Minced Ginger
Butter or Margarine for sauteing
3 Cups of Water
1 pc. Chicken Knorr Cube
Salt & Pepper to taste

Procedure:

Step 1: Sauté butter, garlic, onions and ginger then add the chicken and the chicken knorr cube. Pour water and let it boil for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Add the curry powder and stir until it incorporates evenly. Then add the carrots, potatoes, salt & pepper, bell peppers. Stir then bring to a boil.
Step 3: Add the evap milk and chili flakes. Boil for another 2 minutes.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
