Ube Kalamay Lansong (3 ingredients)

Ingredients:
● 2 cups glutinous flour
● 1 can ube macapuno condensed milk
● 1 can coconut milk, 400ml

Procedure:
● In a bowl, pour coconut milk and ube macapuno condensed milk. Mix to incorporate.
● Add glutinous flour, stir until smooth and no lumps. Strain if needed.
● Pour the mixture into the prepared steaming pan.
● Place the pan on a steamer with lid. Don"t forget to wrapped the lid with a kitchen towel to avoid water droplets.
● Steam over medium to low heat for about 30 to 35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
● Remove the pan from steamer and let it cool down.
● Transfer the Ube Kalamay Lansong to a serving plate with banana leaves.
Cut into square and top with latik.

Macaroni fruit cocktail salad

Ingredients:
300 grams Macaroni
1 small jar of red kaong, drained
1 small jar of green kaong, drained
1 can kremdensada
All-purpose cream
1 small box raisin
834 grams fruit cocktail, drained
100 grams cheese cubes

Procedure:
Check packaging instructions on how to boil the macaroni. Add 1 tbs of oil and 1 tsp of salt the water.
Strain and drain the water, set aside to cool down.
In a mixing bowl, put the all-purpose cream and kremdensada whisk to incorporate. Add red kaong,green kaong, fruit cocktail, cheese cubes, raisin, and macaroni. Mix well to incorporate all ingredients.
Cover with plastic cling wrap and refrigerate for about 3 hours to overnight.

Note: You can add mayonnaise

The best EGG drop SOUP recipe!

Ingredients:
4 cups of water
½ tsp salt (adjust taste accordingly)
½ white pepper
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp grated ginger
½ cup finely chopped carrot
2 eggs
2 tbsp cornstarch + 4 tbsp water to dilute
Chopped spring onion
Grated corn (optional)

Add 4 cups water in the pot, salt ,white pepper and chicken powder. Bring to a boil.
Grate the corn while waiting to boil.
Add grated corn, onion, carrot and ginger cover the lid and boil over medium heat .
Dilute the cornstarch, slowly add to the mixture .
Beat 2 eggs and pour very slowly while stirring over low heat .

Use more or less cornstarch if you like a thicker or thinner soup.
Adjust taste accordingly!

Hindi ito Lecheflan pero sobrang sarap!
● Glutinous Flan

Ingredients:

● 3 eggs
● Pinch of salt
● 1 tsp lemon juice
● 2 can evaporated milk
● 1 can condensed milk
● 2 cups glutinous flour
● 1 tablespoon to each llaneras

Procedure:
● Gumamit ako ng 6 large llaneras. Naglagay ako ng sugar at isinalab ko sa mahinang apoy para matunaw at maging caramel. I-set aside lng para matuyo habang inihahanda naman ang iba pang sangkap.

● Sa isang mixing bowl, pagsamahin ang itlog, pinch of salt at lemon juice. Haluin para mag combine.

● Ilagay ang evaporated milk at condensed milk. Haluing muli para magsama ang mga sangkap.

● ilagay sa bowl ng glutinous flour, haluing mabuti hanggang s matunaw at huwag kalilimutang salain ng 2 hangang 3 beses para maging smooth ang texture ng lulutuing Glutinous flour Lecheflan.

● Isalin sa ng dahan-dahansa mga llaneras, takpan ng aluminum foil para maiwasang matuluan ng tubig habang niluluto.

● I-steam sa loob ng 45 minutes to 1 hour sa mahinang apoy.
Pagkaraan ng 45 minutes i-check ng toothpick. Kapag may sumama pang mixture ibig sabihin ay hilaw pa ito. Ituloy pa ng 15 minutes ang pag steam

● Pagkaraang maluto, hanguin sa steamer. Palamigin bago isalin sa isang serving plate.

● Sa pagsasalin sa serving plate, padaanan ng cake slicer ang gilid ng llanera para madaling maalis kapag isinalin na ito sa serving plate. Hiwain ng naayon sa laki na gusto nyo.

Note: Lutuin lng ito sa mahinang apoy dahil kapag nabigla ang pagkakaluto at na-over cooked, may posibilidad na umalsa ang inyong Glutinous flan.

Ganitong luto ng Kamoteng Kahoy!

Ingredients:
1 kg grated cassava
4 tbs butter
1 can coconut milk
1 can kremdensada
¾ cup sugar, adjust taste accordingly
Grated cheese on top

Procedure:
Hugasan at balatan ang kamoteng kahoy. Hatiin sa tatlong bahagi at ilagay sa isang kaserola. Lagyan ng tubig at pakuluan ito hangang sa lumambot ng bahagya.
Hanguin at palamigin, gadgarin ng pino.
Sa isang kawali, maglagay ng butter at gata. Ilagay n rin ang kremdensada, haluin at pakuluan. Ilagay ang nagadgad na kamoteng kahoy. Haluing mabuti hanggang sa magsama ang mga sangkap.
Magdagdag ng asukal kung kinakailangan.
Lutuin at haluin sa loob ng 30 minutes o hangang sa kumunat na itong haluin.
Isalin sa isang lalagyan na may sapin na parchment paper o dahon ng saging.
Gadgaran ng cheese sa ibabaw para lalong lumasa ang kamoteng kahoy. Simple pero sobrang sarap na recipe.

Sago at Gulaman Recipe
Easy and quick recipe!

Ingredients:
25 grams unflavoured green jelly powder
4 cups water
1 cups cooked sago
½ small jar of sweetened coconut strings
1 small jar of kaong
½ cup condensed milk, adjust taste
2 cans evaporated milk

Procedure:
In a pot add jelly powder and water. Mix to dissolve. Bring to a quick boil. Transfer to a container, cool down to set.
Slice into small cubes.
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and serve.

Royal Bibingka ng Ilocos

️ Ingredients
●3 eggs
● Pinch of salt
● 1 tsp Vanilla extract
● 50ml melted butter
● 3 cups coconut milk
● ¾ can condensed milk
● 1 cup rice flour
● 2 cups glutinous flour

️ Toppings:
● Remaining condensed milk
● Grated cheese

️ Procedure

● Sa isang bowl, pagsamahin ang eggs, pinch of salt at vanilla extract. Haluin para mag incorporate.
● Ilagay ang 50ml melted butter, 3 cups na coconut milk, ¾ can condensed milk.
● Ihalo ang dry ingredients sa wet ingredients at dahan-dahang haluin ito hangang sa matunaw.
● Salain ito para maalis ang buo-buong flour mixture.
● Sa isang 9x5 inch na baking pan. Sapinan ng dahon ng saging. I-brush ng natirang melted butter para maiwasang dumikit ang mixture.
● Ibuhos ng dahan-dahan ang flour mixture.
● I-bake sa preheated oven na 180°C ang init sa loob ng 20 minutes.
● Pagkaraan ng 20 minutes, hanguin ito at ilagay ang natitirang condensed milk sa ibabaw. Spread evenly.
● Gadgaran ng cheese at i-bake muli sa loob ng 10 minutes o hangang mag golden brown ang ibabaw.
● Hiwain ng naaayon sa laki na gusto nyo. Palamigin para lalong manuot ang lasa ng napakasarap na kakanin ng Ilocos.

Note: Pwede rin kayong maglagay ng grated cheese sa flour mixture at kinayod ba buko para lalong maging espesyal ang inyong

BIKO RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
● 2 cups glutinous rice (malagkit)
● 4 cups coconut milk, divided
● 1 ½ cups brown sugar
● ½ teaspoon salt
● 1 cup coconut cream (kakang gata)
● Banana leaves (optional, for lining)

PROCEDURE:
Cook the Rice:
● Wash the glutinous rice thoroughly until the water runs clear.
● Combine the rice and 2 cups of coconut milk in a rice cooker. Cook until done. If you don't have a rice cooker, you can cook it in a pot over the stove. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.

Prepare the Coconut Mixture:
● In a large non-stick skillet or wok, combine the remaining 2 cups of coconut milk, brown sugar, langka, and salt.
*Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture starts to thicken.

Combine the Rice and Coconut Mixture:
● Add the cooked glutinous rice to the coconut mixture. Stir continuously until the rice is evenly coated and the mixture becomes thick and sticky. This will take about 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the Topping (Latik):
● In a separate small pan, cook the coconut cream over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it reduces and the oil separates. Continue cooking until brown solids form. These solids are called latik. Set aside.

Assemble the Biko:
● Line a 9x13 inch baking dish or a round cake pan with banana leaves (optional) for an authentic touch and easier removal.
*Spread the sticky rice mixture evenly in the pan, pressing it down gently to pack it.
Add the Topping:

● Sprinkle the latik evenly over the top of the biko.
Serve:

● Let the biko cool completely before cutting it into squares or desired shapes.

Maja Blanca without gata! Napakadaling lutuin

● In a sauce pan, combine cornstarch, pour corn syrup, condensed milk and pour fresh milk. Stir until dissolve. Add corn kernels.
● Bring to a boil over medium to low heat.
● Continue to cook, stir regularly for about 6 to 8 minutes or until mixture thickens to a smooth paste consistency.
● Transfer to the prepared container.
● Allow to cool down and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
● Serve with remaining corn kernels and grated cheese on top.

Nilupak na Kamoteng Kahoy without almires/lusong

Ingredients:
● 1 kl kamoteng kahoy
● 1/2 can condensed milk
● 1/3 sugar
● 50ml butter or margarine
● Cheese for toppings

Procedure:
● Prepare and peel the cassava. Cut into chunks and boil until soft.
● Mash using potato masher.
● Add sugar and condensed milk, mix until well combine.
● Add melted butter, mash violently until smooth and sticky.
● Transfer the nilupak to a greased container lined with oiled banana leaves. Flatten the top using spatula.
● Sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve and enjoy!

Ginisang Mais na may talbos ng ampalaya!

Ingredients
● 4 native white corn
● 1 tablespoon oil
● 1 small onion
● 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
● ½ kg shrimp, peeled and deveined
● 6 cups water
● salt and pepper to taste
● 1 bunch talbos ng ampalaya, stems trimmed

Instructions
● Shuck the corn cobs by removing the husks and silks. Using a sharp knife, cut the stem ends.
● In a large bowl, stand an ear of corn up and using a small knife, thinly cut the kernels off from top to bottom. Rotate the corn when done with each section to get to the next.
● In a small bowl, scrape the sides of the cobs using a spoon to extract the remaining pulp and milky juice.
● In a pot over medium heat, heat oil. Add onions and garlic and cook until softened.
● Add shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, just until color changes.
● Add the cut corn and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 2 to 3 minutes or until corn turns translucent.
● Add water and bring to a boil, skimming scum that floats on top.
● Lower heat, cover, and simmer for about 7 to 10 minutes or until kernels are tender.
● Add scraped corn pulp and juice and stir to distribute. Continue to simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes until soup thickens.
● Season with salt and pepper to taste.
● Add talbos ng ampalay, pushing down the leaves into the broth.
● Turn off heat, cover, and allow the residual heat to cook the talbos ng ampalaya just until wilted. Serve hot
