Happy to announce as always, LTO7 has again ZERO BACKLOGS in its New Registration Unit as of September 27, 2021.

This means all current records on-hand at LTO7 NRU are within the ALLOWED timeframe of processing (3 working days) in the LTO CITIZENS CHARTER.

All INCOMPLETE records have been returned to the dealer liasons or purged in the system queuing.

Common questions:

1) Ingon sa dealer 3 months lagi ang new nga rehistro?

Tubag: 3-5days, basta kompleto ang requirements. Taga Mars tingali na inyong dealer. Naay silot ang pag dugay sa rehistro human na baligya na ang unit sa motor, under RA11235.

2) Photocopy ra gihatag sa ako sa rehistro, sakto ba ni?

Tubag: dili. Cash or utang, NAA KA DAPAT GI GUNITAN, imung Original OR ug labi na ang Certificate of Registration (CR).

3) If dili ko hatagan sa Dealer ug Original nga OR ug CR, pwede ba na?

Tubag: IF gi report sa LTO nga CASH na, pwede nimu ipangutana sa LTO7 NRU ug na release ba gyud imung rehistro, para hatagan ka ug kopya. Pero mo execute ka ug affidavit nga wala ka hatagi sa dealer.

4) Naka palit ko ug REPO, pero wala na transfer sa akong pangalan kay utang pa. Ok ra no?

Tubag: dili. Ang RA11235 gi ingon nga kinsa ang tag-iya sa motor, mao ang angay nga naka rehistro. Dunay silot sa balaod ang dili pag rehistro sa sakto.

5) Gi imbargo akong motor sa. Dealer, unya gipa pirma ko ug open deed of sale. Ok ra ba ni?

Tubag: dili gihapon. Ug gi imbargo sa dealer imung motor, dapat ipa transfer niya ang rehistro sa ngalan nila, within 3 days. Naay silot subay pa sa RA11235. Basaha ang #4. Ug ikaw ang gi imbargohan, unya napalit sa lain nga tao pero wala gibalhin ang rehistro sa naka palit, inkaso ma disgrasya or bah kaha gigamit ug binuang, ikaw isip REGISTERED OWNER ang dunay legal liability sa motor.
