Hiring: Real Estate Social Media Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Meetings & Communication:

• Slack - quick interactions

• Trello - task management

• Email - formal communications.

2. Task Management:

• Trello - task assignment, tracking, and updates

3. Social Media Management:

a) Content Creation:

• CapCut - video editing

• Photoshop - photo editing

b) Content Scheduling:

• Hootsuite or Buffer - schedule posts

• Maintain a content calendar in Trello

c) Content Curation:

• Curate relevant industry content.

• Engage with the audience through comments and user-generated content.

4. Monitoring & Engagement:

a) Analytics & Reporting:

• Track KPIs like engagement rates, follower growth, and reach. Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

b) Campaign Management:

• Assist in creating and managing ad campaigns.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance.

c) Platform Management:

• Manage presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Stay updated with platform changes and new features.

d) Client Interaction:

• Communicate with clients for content, approvals, and updates.

• Collect and incorporate client feedback.

e) Tools & Software Proficiency:

• Google Analytics, and native social media analytics tools.

f) Performance Evaluation:

• Set and track KPIs for engagement, follower growth, content reach, and campaign success. Participate in quarterly reviews and aim for continuous improvement.

g) Training & Development:

• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices. Engage in regular skill development training.

Salary: $4/hour (PHP 30,000 - PHP 32,000)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience is needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Hardworking

• Good or decent written and verbal English communication skills

• Good work ethic

• Reliable
