A Prayer to Release Worry

Heavenly Father,
I come before You, burdened by worry and fear. You are the source of peace that surpasses all understanding, and I ask for Your calm to fill my heart. Teach me to trust in Your promises and remind me that You are in control of all things.

Help me release my worries into Your hands, knowing You care for me deeply. Replace my anxiety with faith, my restlessness with Your assurance, and my doubts with confidence in Your plan.

Lord, I surrender all my concerns to You—big and small. Strengthen me to focus on today, knowing You will provide for tomorrow. Thank You for walking with me, even in moments of uncertainty. I trust in You completely, for You are my refuge and strength.

Sa dapithapon ng madilim na gabi,
Isang liwanag ang unti-unting sumisilip muli,
Hamog sa damuhan, himig ng mga ibon,
Hatid ay pag-asang sa hirap ay tugon.

Umagang kay ganda, kulay ng pag-ibig,
Nagpapahiwatig ng bagong paglalakbay na matamis,
Ang bawat hamon, tila agos ng dagat,
Ngunit kayang harapin ng pusong tapat.

Sa bawat sikat ng araw, may pag-asang dala,
Pait ng kahapon, ngayo’y napapawi na,
Hawak ang panalangin at tapang sa dibdib,
Pangarap ay abot, sa gitna ng pagsubok na matindi’t malupit.

Oh, umaga ng buhay, kay rikit mong tanawin,
Sa bawat hakbang, tagumpay ang pupuntahin,
Hamon ng tadhana’y hindi hadlang sa pangarap,
Dahil sa bawat pagbangon, tagumpay ay sumisilip na sa ulap.

"Noong Una Kitang Makilala"

Noong una kitang nasilayan,
Puso’y tumibok nang di maintindihan.
Ang mundo’y biglang nagkaroon ng kulay,
Sa bawat ngiti mo, ako’y napukaw.

Noong una kang magsalita,
Bawat salita’y musika sa pandinig ko na.
Ang tinig mong kay lambing, kay saya,
Nag-iwan ng marka sa puso kong aba.

Sa unang haplos ng iyong kamay,
Parang pag-ibig ay dumalaw nang tunay.
Sa bawat sulyap, ako’y nahulog,
Tila kaluluwa ko sa’yo’y napalunod.

Ngayon, ang buhay ko’y may layunin,
Dahil sa’yo, lahat ay kay ganda’t taimtim.
Noong una kitang makita at minahal,

"Ang Bigat na Aking Dala"

Tuwing umaga'y bumabangon na may buntong-hininga,
Isang laban na naman, bundok na mataas ang tatawirin pa.
Ang bigat ng mundo'y nakakapit sa dibdib,
Ngunit sa puso ko'y alam kong kailangang magtiis.

Ang orasan ay tumatakbo, malamig at walang awa,
Pangarap tila malayo, layunin parang nawawala.
Ang landas ay lubak-lubak, puno ng mga bato,
Ngunit patuloy akong naglalakad, kahit pa pagod ang katawan ko.

Ang duda'y bulong na malupit, aninong laging naroon,
Takot na pumupulupot, malamig na hinahawakan ang kahapon.
Ngunit sa kaloob-looban ay may apoy na nag-aalab,
Isang tinig na nagsasabing bumangon sa bawat pagbagsak.

Ang luha na pumatak, ang gabing tahimik kong tinanggap,
Mga bloke ng fortress na buo ng aking lakas-loob at pangarap.
Bawat pagkatisod, bawat sugat na nalikha,
Patunay na mas matatag ako, espiritung hindi magigiba.

Kaya haharapin ko ang bawat unos, gaano man kahirap,
Lalaban sa bagyo kahit ang liwanag ay kumukupas.
Sapagkat ako'y isang mandirigma, buhay at buo,
Sa mga pagsubok ng buhay, natututo akong tumayo.

Ang bawat araw ay kabanata, kwentong aking hinahabi,
Ng tapang at pag-asa, ng lahat ng aking pinaniniwalaan lagi.
At kahit sinusubok man ng buhay, hindi ako titigil,
Sapagkat ang hirap ang nagpapatibay, at lakas ang muling umiilaw.

Heavenly Father,

As night falls, I come before You with a humble heart, seeking Your presence. Thank You for the gift of my family, for the love we share, and for Your blessings that sustain us each day.

Lord, I lift up my family to You tonight. Cover us with Your protection and peace. Strengthen our bonds, guide our hearts, and fill our home with Your love and wisdom.

I also bring before You our business, which is facing challenges. Lord, You are the provider of all things. Please grant us wisdom, perseverance, and clarity as we navigate these difficulties. Open doors of opportunity and bless the work of our hands, that we may use it to glorify You.

Lastly, Father, I pray for health—physical, emotional, and spiritual. Restore strength where there is weakness, bring comfort where there is pain, and renew hope where there is despair. Surround us with Your healing power, Lord, and remind us that Your grace is sufficient in all circumstances.

May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds tonight. Let us rest in the assurance that You are in control and that Your plans for us are good.

Each morning I rise with a heavy sigh,
A battle ahead, a mountain to climb high.
The weight of the world, it clings to my chest,
But deep in my heart, I know I must press.

The clock keeps ticking, relentless and cold,
Dreams seem distant, ambitions grow old.
The path is uneven, the road full of stones,
Yet I march forward, though weary to the bones.

Doubt whispers cruelly, a shadow that lingers,
Fear grips my soul with its cold, icy fingers.
But within me burns a quiet, fierce flame,
A voice that reminds me to rise once again.

The tears I’ve shed, the nights I’ve lain still,
Are bricks in the fortress of my iron will.
Every stumble, every scar I endure,
Is proof that I’m stronger, my spirit secure.

So I face each struggle, no matter how grim,
I fight through the storm when the light grows dim.
For I am a warrior, unbroken, alive,
Through the trials of life, I learn to survive.

Each day is a chapter, a story I weave,
Of courage and hope, of all I believe.
And though life may test me, I’ll always aspire,
