Ranked Game Mechanics Optimization - Star-up & Protection Points Algorithm Optimization

Dear player,
Hello! MLBB is a balanced 5v5 MOBA game, and the mechanics of the ranked game have always been one of the subjects we are most concerned about. Besides the matching mechanics, there are also seasonal settlement, Star-up Points, and Protection Points mechanics. Today, we will shed some light on the algorithm optimization of the Star-up & Protection Points that will be implemented soon.
In the upcoming new version, we will make major adjustments to the algorithms:

Star-Raising Points:

7-Win Streak: 100 → 200
MVP: 50 → 100
Triple Kill: 0 → 50
Maniac: 20 → 100
Savage: 30 → 150
Legendary: 10 → 50

Protection Points for the Winning Team:

MVP: 50 → 0
Gold Medal: 30 → 0
Silver Medal: 20 → 0
Bronze Medal: 8 → 0

Protection Points for the Losing Team:

MVP: 155 → 155
Gold Medal: 30 → 45
Silver Medal: 20 → 30
Bronze Medal: 10 → 12
Triple Kill: 0 → 50
Maniac: 20 → 100
Savage: 30 → 150
Legendary: 10 → 50

Why did we make such adjustments? Firstly, after a match ends, the player with the best performance should receive the greatest reward and honor, while mediocre players who did their best should also be given sufficient recognition and encouragement.

Secondly, after a long-term player feedback collection and actual combat data analysis, we find the current rewards and encouragement for these two types of players are both insufficient, especially when the best performer among the ten players did not win the match."
Therefore, we have made major adjustments to Star-up & Protection Points, hoping to give players with extraordinary performances the greatest sense of accomplishment.

Last but not least, the optimization of the ranked game is a long-term and never-ending subject. We will continue to collect your feedback and suggestions and strive to bring you the best ranked game mechanics. We are constantly developing different matching algorithms and verifying different matching parameters, hoping to find the best balance between matching time and matching accuracy. We believe the new matching algorithm will become available in the near future.

Ang koponan ng Blacklist International, ang Champion ng MPL PH, ay may nakakamanghang pagganap mula sa Regular Season hanggang sa Playoffs at ang iba pang mga koponan sa MSC 2021 ay kailangang mag-ingat sa kanila. Sa kabilang banda, ang Execration na naging runner-up ay isa ring mapanganib na koponan at karapat-dapat na bantayan.
