From his beginnings as a standout for the Letran Squires in high school to donning the red and gold of the San Sebastian Stags in college, Juanito Quiamco III’s basketball journey is one of grit and leadership. Known as a spitfire guard, Quiamco brought energy and passion to the court, earning the respect of teammates and opponents alike.

During his time with the Stags, Quiamco became a pivotal figure in the team’s backcourt. As a veteran leader, he mentored younger players, including Pamboy Raymundo, who credits Quiamco as an influential figure in his development. His ability to guide and inspire his teammates cemented his reputation as a leader both on and off the court.

After his collegiate basketball career, Quiamco transitioned into a new spotlight, becoming a well-loved radio personality. Known now as "Papa Jepoy," he stars in the hit morning show Pot Pot and Friends alongside Papa Carlo, bringing fun and positivity to listeners on Barangay LS 97.1 from 6 AM to 9 AM.

Juanito Quiamco’s journey from the hardwood to the airwaves showcases his versatility and charisma. Whether leading a fast break or hosting a morning show, he continues to leave a lasting impression wherever he goes.

#10 Leo De Vera

Leo De Vera’s basketball journey is a story of resilience and redemption. A one-and-done player for the San Sebastian Stags, he made the most of his lone NCAA season. After starting as a promising two-sport athlete in Los Angeles, life took a turn when he became a working student, stepping away from basketball.

Years later, an unexpected meeting with Coach Topex Robinson brought him to San Sebastian, reigniting his basketball career. Known for his sharp shooting and versatility as a forward, De Vera quickly became a leader for the Stags in a post-Pinatubo Trio era. He averaged 12.6 points on an impressive 40% clip from beyond the arc during the Filoil Cup, proving his worth on the court.

De Vera’s journey is a testament to second chances and making every moment count. A true role player, he filled the gap left by the legends and left his mark in just one season.

Before becoming a household name, CJ Perez started his collegiate basketball journey with the San Sebastian Golden Stags in 2013. Monickered as the 'Baby Beast', Perez was seen as the next big thing to follow in the footsteps of Calvin Abueva.

His dynamic playing style, relentless hustle, and ability to take over games made him a standout, even as a young player. After his stint with San Sebastian, Perez transferred to Ateneo in 2015 before finding his true breakout moment with the LPU Pirates, where he cemented his legacy in Philippine basketball.

#13 Jamil Ortuoste

A story of persistence and redemption, Jamil Ortuoste made a triumphant return to San Sebastian after a challenging journey. Originally a standout with the San Sebastian Staglets as an NCAA Junior Champion (2007, 2008), his path was derailed by injuries and team setbacks, including a stint with FEU that ended prematurely.

But in 2013, Ortuoste came out of nowhere in his NCAA debut, scoring 16 points in just 18 minutes against Letran. A lefty scoring guard with an uncanny ability to take over games, he truly made his mark.

His return to San Sebastian was not just a comeback but a testament to grit and determination. From the shadows to the spotlight, Ortuoste became the unlikely leader of the post-Pinatubo Trio era.

The engine that powered the San Sebastian Golden Stags from 2006 to 2010, Pamboy Raymundo was the fiery competitor who brought the fight every single game. Known for his court vision, defensive tenacity, and fearless attitude, he was the "glue guy" that kept the Stags together in crucial moments.

A sharpshooter known for his sweet three-point shooting, Jimbo Aquino was the heart and soul of the San Sebastian Golden Stags' 2009 championship team.

🏀 2009 NCAA Finals MVP – Took charge in the Finals to end San Sebastian’s 7-year title drought.
🏀 2009 UAAP-NCAA All-Star Game MVP – Dominated among the best collegiate players in the country.

While Jimbo should have been the 2009 NCAA Season MVP, a late-season ejection made him ineligible for the award. Despite this, his clutch performances and leadership cemented his place as one of the greatest Stags in history.
