- 4 large eggs (boil for 12 minutes!)
- 2-3 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise
- ยฝ teaspoon kosher salt, add more to taste
- ยฝ teaspoon granulated sugar (i uses coconut sugar, yun lang available ngayon e)
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, add more to taste
- 1 tbsp oat milk, barista style (or full cream milk)
- salted butter (sarap po ng french butter pero any butter you have, oks na yun!) & olive oil to toast Sourdough
- Sourdough Bread

Nakakain ka na ba ng Ginanggang? Kawasan Falls is one of the most beautiful places l've been to: Clear and very cold waters, ang ganda ng simoy ng hangin kahit mainit, friendly tour guides and I enjoyed the short 20mins walk to the falls cos it's very scenic, para akong nasa Jungle (then 20mins ulit pabalik). It's crowded but I don't mind. Anyways, Panda Hubz introduced me to Ginanggang when we got married. Ginanggang is a traditional street food that originated in Mindanao; It's grilled skewered bananas brushed with star margarine and sprinkled with sugar.Mas naging memorable tuloy ang first Kawasan Falls experience ko 'di lang dahil maganda talaga dito pero dahil nakakain ako ulit ng Ginanggang! *insert happy dance here* Kawasan Falls, a Scenic spot in Alegria, Badian, Cebu City ๐ซถ
