Resilient Leadership by Harvard? Grabe. Mind-blown.

Hindi lang pala puro “galing” ang basihan ng pagiging leader.
Si Shackleton, kahit na stuck na sila sa yelo — no ship, no clear plan — he still led with puso, purpose, and presence.

👉 Ito yung mga natutunan ko na dala ko ngayon sa life, biz, and Holistic B movement:

💡 Leadership ≠ control. Minsan, kailangan mong mag-adjust, pero wag mong iwan yung mission.
💡 Attitude > experience. Hindi laging pinakamatalino ang kailangan mo minsan, yung may fighting spirit.
💡 Energy is contagious. Pag down ka, damay buong team. Kaya self-check muna lagi.
💡 Care is power. Kahit banjo lang ang naisalba niya, enough na yun to lift spirits. Mental health matters, besh.

Kaya ikaw, kung leader ka man, negosyante, creative, healer, o simpleng ate ng tropa ask yourself:

✨ Top 3 Negotiation Learnings from Harvard Online ✨

1. Always negotiate with an aspiration.
Wag kang papasok sa usapan na “kahit ano na lang.” Know what you want, and be ready to claim it. Hindi ka nagmamakaawa you’re setting the tone. You’re offering value.

2. Sometimes, they’ll say yes kahit better na sila.
Wag mo nang i-assume na “di sila papayag” or “di nila kailangan.” People respond to clarity and confidence. Minsan, yung offer mo pala ang hinihintay nila.

3. Never bargain against yourself.
Promise, don’t say “pwede na kahit mas mababa” kung hindi pa nga nagsasalita yung kausap mo. Wag mo nang unahan sarili mo ng “no.” That’s not humility that’s self-sabotage.

Final Thought:
Negotiation isn’t about being aggressive —it’s about being aligned. Speak from calm, stand in your worth, and be open sa possibilities. You’re not just asking you’re offering something of value. Kaya go, assert with class.
