I personally witnessed this Aid in Action where US Marines begin their humanitarian assistance and disaster relief support in the aftermath of Typhoon Krathon (Julian) in Northern Luzon alongside Philippine Marines, USAID, Office of Civil Defense and with the support and assistance of Kgkirk Aeronautics Corp led by their President Engr Glenn Gorospe.
