Everyone knows who the newly-elected EARIST Student Government officers are, thanks to the Proclamation and Oath-taking event hosted by joint forces of the office of Student Affairs and Services and the Commission on Student Election.
Following the said event was the commencement of the Federated Student Government. To get into the result of the on-the-spot election guided and assisted by both Chief of Publication and Yearbook Mr. Virgel Diamante, and Leadership Coordinator Mr. Martin Aguilar, the candidates were comprised of ISG-Cavite President Mr. Kurt John Icaro and ISG-Main Campus President Mr. Carl Justine Dioquino. As we entrust the new Honorable Student Trustee with the responsibility of steering our student government, we do so with confidence in his ability to navigate challenges, champion the interests of every student, and foster an environment conducive to growth and progress.
Garnering an accumulated 46 votes out of 74 valid voters excluding their own, we are are thrilled to announce that the latter, Mr. Carl Justine Dioquino, on top of being the student body president, is now also the Honorable Student Trustee of both the EARIST Cavite and Main Campuses! ¶
Let us celebrate this momentous occasion and extend our heartfelt congratulations to Carl Dioquino. May his tenure be characterized by innovation, empathy, and a legacy of empowerment for generations to come. The kick-off event for the 16th Founding Anniversary of our beloved College of Hospitality and Tourism Management had taken place just today, at the quadrangle of our institute, with the Cultural Presentation Competition of our freshmen CHTM students showcasing the ever so rich and beautiful culture of the Philippines.

Miting De Avance, check! ✅
We’re just two weeks in December and yet, there’s a lot that has happened already. Now we’re crossing out the Miting De Avance on the list of the priorities we have to be working on in this month.
Earlier today, the Commission on Student Election held a face-to-face of our candidates to present each platforms, plans, and even insights they have about the issues revolving around the institute. The peak of interest was the presidential debate featuring on-the-spot YES or NO questions without further rebuttals on the side they choose.
